Friend,
Just got back from jiu-jitsu practice. It was 2 hours. At about the one hour mark, I hit the point-of-no-return. My switch got flipped. No mercy, we went live for the remainder. I usually don't lose my shit that fast. (Just kidding, yea I do.)
But, my blood sugar dropped into the "no-mercy zone." That's right around 79 (normal 85-95) for me. And when it gets that low, it's not pretty. Lots of focus, lots of strength and zero empathy.
I try not to go there. But, I took "true" cinnamon courtesy of my product Cinnergy and failed to eat enough on my rush to get the kids to school.
Cinnergy works that good. In fact, it's the go-to cure for Type II diabetes.
Since I'm not diabetic, I only take it once per week. The true cinnamon and milk thistle keep me detoxed and my metabolism humming along.
That's why everyone should take it. The no-mercy zone can be channelled to all kinds of positive things...
You see, high blood sugar suffocates hormone balance output and sensitivity. True cinnamon actually lowers it by forcing the muscles to use sugar faster, once it's in the blood stream. This preserves your hormonal intelligence...The muscles convert sugar into an energy packet known technically as ATP, or adenosine triphosphate.
This where the channelling comes into play...ATP can be used to tap out suckers, beat up psychiatrists, tell off vaccine pushing principles at your kid's school, or just help your son study for his Algebra test.
So yea, true cinnamon is a good thing. I call it "true," because it's loaded with the medicinally active compound cinnamaldehyde. If cinnamon doesnt have this, its not true, it's false...My product Cinnergy is loaded with it, as well as milk thistle, which is MANDATORY for liver detox.
Dare to live young,
The People's Chemist
P.S. By forcing your muscle to use sugar more rapidly, your body actually CRAVES less sweets! Stock at www.getcinnergy.com
