Los Angeles and Chicago have been extremely
backed-up.

Humans cannot work as fast as a computer. There is manual
labor involved. Hands have to assemble a box. Then products
have to be packaged. Boxes sealed. Labels made...It's work.
And everyone here works as hard as they possibly can.

So be patient!

If you send nasty grams ranting and raving about not having
