Subject: ~Almond milk...Soy Milk...Egg Nog
Friend,
I love egg nog...Every year I have to deny myself of the thick, heavily
sedating, holiday drink. I have an awesome recipe of raw milk, cinnamon,
honey, stevia, eggs, vanilla and Kentucky moonshine that makes the
most ardent egg nog hater fall in love with it...
But, most years, I sip a couple glasses of wine and forget about it...because
no matter how healthy I label the ingredients, it's going to cause my fat
storing hormone insulin to surge.
However, this year, I'm going to cave. After all, something done once a
year isn't going to have a long term effect on my biochemistry! Especially
since I'm taking my Cinnergy (www.getcinnergy.com) - my blend of cinnamon
and milk thistle. Both work to correct high levels of blood sugar, triglycerides
and insulin, FAST!
So the lesson here: No matter how many healthy claims a drink might
contain, if it has empty calories, its going to make you sick if taken
habitually.
And that means things like coconut water, almond milk and soy milk.
Gross!
If you have a history of being overweight and drink any of these "milks"
masquerading as healthy drinks, you need to get your blood sugar
in check with www.getcinnergy.com
You can sit there like a turd on the green and let your blood go bad, or you
can order now and start enjoying life, while ensuring your sugars are in

Here's to holiday egg nog, yay!

P.S. Cinnergy is my best selling product over the holiday season...no surprise.
It builds a protective layer around your liver cells to shield them from heavy
desserts, calories and alcohol...have you stocked up? See www.getcinnergy.com
