Thanks for attending the talk on Battling Food Cravings.  I wish I could quickly give you one single "Golden Tip" to "easily solve all your food craving problems," but I won't lie to you!  Balancing blood sugar and achieving a state of good health is a journey of discovery--but happily it is a delicious journey, and with every step you'll see real progress and get the motivation to continue.
