Your Meal Making Challenges  
Many of you shared your meal making challenges, from getting home late from work and wondering how to make veggies taste good to dealing with picky eaters and needing more new ideas.  Thanks for sharing these with me.  But can I assure you that you're not alone in facing these challenges (not by a long shot!) and that the KitchenSmart Solutions(R) we share offer a pathway around those barriers.   
   
Interestingly, almost all of you who signed up indicated an interest in "Meal Making Transformation."  Transforming the way you make meals is how you can get around challenges that keep you from making the healthful meals you'd love to be eating.  That's why the first emails you'll receive explain what Meal Making Transformation means, who it's good for and how we can help you make the kind of transformation you'd like to see in your food life.  
 
Thank you so much for being such enthusiastic attendees at the health fair--one of the most enthusiastic and interested groups I've seen, in fact!  It was a pleasure to talk to you all and I hope to be of help on your good eating journey.
