Subject: Why this piano teacher started learning the piano at 15? 🤔

Hello!

Valerie here from The Happy Violinist!

Recently, we did a video interview with a piano teacher, and she showed us her home studio and also got some learning advice from her.

And we got a answer to a age-old question...

"Am I too late to learn music?"

We caught up with piano teacher Berlin and found out she only started learning piano when she was 15. What motivated her to start learning at a later age?

In this 6-min video, we also discover:

- What advice she has for students who learn music at a later age (instead of the usual 4-6 years old)

- Why you will be more motivated to learn when you start at later age

- A glimpse into the life of a music teacher.

Although she's sharing from perspective of piano teaching, we realize many points she shared is very relevant to violin learning too.

We did this video to find out a little more about teachers, and get learning tips for parents and students.

If you like this interview, do like and share the video. We may go around interview more music teachers for you :)

Meanwhile, for our March Happy Music Recital, 67% of the slots are taken up.

If you or your student is keen to perform in the upcoming recital, do let us know your interest here. If you're at Happy Violinist teacher, just whatsapp me will do :)

Talk soon,
Valerie.
