Subject: This music teacher can play all types of music. How?

Hello!

Valerie here from The Happy Violinist!

Have you wondered why some musicians are so good that they can play classical music, and also pop, jazz, Kpop, and some even play without scores?

We met with piano teacher Joshua who prepares students for grading certification, who plays for different hotels, and also performs with his pop band at weddings, corporate events, & church services.

In this interview, you'll discover:

- What's the difference between play by ear, and play by notation. Which is the easier way?

- As a teacher of over 15 years for many kids and adult students, what does he do to grow and keep up their interest in music?

- He can play classical, pop, jazz, K-pop, church music, almost any type of music. What does it take to be able to play different genres of music?

Teacher Joshua previously performed with his student in our Happy Music Recital last year. Our next recital is in June. If you're keen, just let me know :)
