Subject: Here's Top 9 Happy Violinist Moments of 2023 ❤️

Hello!

Valerie here from The Happy Violinist!

Just a few more days and we say goodby to 2023. '

It is during this time, we look back and reflect on how our year has been.

And no matter how good or bad a year is, let's focus only on happy moments, because we are Happy Violinists! 🤣

So here's my top 9 moments of the year.

1. First Happy Music Recital
2023 is the year we break free from the pandemic and can finally organise recitals again. We had our first Happy Music Recital in March (the 1st of 13 recitals in 2023)

2. Attended StrIVngs 1st Anniversary Concert
StrIVngs grew from 18 to 65 members in their first year and proud to see their growth and performances in their first year concert! (Their orchestra is even bigger now!)

3. Violin Masterclass with Ms Vivienne
As part of the Happy Music Festival 2023, we organised a workshop for the participants and parents/teachers as well to learn how they can excel in their performances under Violin Chief Judge, Ms Vivienne Eio.

4. Happy Music Festival 2023
Proud to see so many promising violinists take the stage this year, with many competing for the first time. Well done!

5. Attended mini violin recital by Bulgarian teacher
She was from Bulgaria and has taught in Singapore for many years. Also learn quite a bit how she conduct group and ensemble classes. Met a few familiar Happy Violinists there too!
6. Met up with Happy Violin teachers at SSO concerts
Attended famous violinist Leonidas Kavakos concert, and met a few Happy violin teachers there too!

7. Promotional partner of Crossover Violinist David Garrett World Tour Singapore Stop
Happy to watch David Garrett live in Singapore, and even happier to be one of his promotional partners for his world tour. Do you know he once held the record for 'World Fastest Violinist?"

8. Met up with Ms Vivienne at her home and iconic recital stage
Very impressed by how Ms Vivienne run her school, and her range of handmade and high quality violins. And thanks for the good food too!

9. Attended Mr Eric '30 Years Teaching' Concert
A teacher of 3 decades who touch the lives of many string students. Proud to witness this celebration concert, with many other Happy Violinist teachers too!

So here's my top 9 moments.

There's many other happy moments throughout the year too, all thanks to the support from our Happy violinist teachers, parents and students.

Last but not the least, thank you for being there with us in 2023.

Let's have more happy moments together come 2024!

P.S: Do look out for my first email of 2024 next week. I have something special for you to kick start your 2024 music journey!
