I'm excited to share with you an upcoming piano solo recital by Polish Pianist, Alicja Fiderkiewicz.

Alicja, a remarkable pianist and music educator at the age of 70, is presenting what might be her last piano concert in Singapore.

She is a multiple award-winning pianist, and throughout her career, she has appeared with major orchestras - The Halle, Da Camera, Manchester Camerata, La Scala in Milan, Warsaw National Philharmonic, Polish Radio & TV. Her performances were highly praised by Martha Argerich, Fou T'Song and Italian music critics too.

Venue: Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, Recital Hall (Nearest MRT, Tanjong Pagar)

Szymanowski - 2 Preludes op.1 no.2 in d minor and no.7 in c minor
Chopin - 2 Nocturnes: F# minor op.48 no. 2, B major, and op. 62 no. 1
Chopin - Polonaise in c minor op. 40 no. 2
Schumann - Kinderszenen
Schumann - Humoresque in Bb major, op. 20

Who is this recital for:
The concert program is highly suitable for piano students, featuring pieces not too heavy and mostly part of the exam syllabus.
