I received a number of emails yesterday asking about the roles I’m currently recruiting for, so I figured I’d just share them with everyone directly with more context.
Currently, I’m recruiting for five different companies, for the following roles:
Demand Generation Marketers - This one is a little vague as well because the client is open to different profiles, but there are 1-3 roles open for this position and it’s for an HR technology company. Having experience in HR tech is not required, but it’s a bonus. Must be based in the US.
UX Designers - this role can be freelance or full-time, there are 3 open positions. One is a direct-hire, the other two would be W2 contracts. Must be based in the US.
Software Developers - I’m getting more details on these roles next week, but this is for a financial technology company and I’m supporting their safety team that helps prevent fraud and account takeovers. They use a lot of Python, but they’re not particularly picky when it comes to your current tech stack. Just know that you’ll be expected to ramp up to heavy Python usage. Must be based in the US.
Software Engineering Managers - In this position you will spend most of your time managing your team and creating a culture that attracts and retains top talent. This person will not be responsible for producing or maintaining code, but must have a technical background having worked as a Software Engineer. This person should be passionate about recruiting and hiring as this position is mainly focused on creating a healthy work environment and making great hires. We have project and product managers as well as other team members that are dedicated to scoping out projects and maintaining the codebase. One position must be based in the US and one must be based in the EU.
