Subject: ⚠️ i’m hiring (again)

Hey there!

I just wanted to share information on a few roles I'm recruiting for, touch bases on the state of the economy, and share some insights for people curious about working remote, transitioning into tech, and exploring new career options.

💼 Has your company announced layoffs?

Do you suspect a round of cuts can be happening soon?

I want to know how your company is dealing with the current state of the economy and how they're keeping an eye on employee morale.

Is your company addressing the state of the economy and how it may affect the business or is the conversation limited to private chats?

👩‍💼I'm Hiring... again!

I'm currently looking for a Growth Operations Manager and a Lead UX Designer for a SaaS company.

The Growth Operations Manager should have 4 years of experience with one year of individual contributor sales experience selling software. Point blank, if you've never held a quota before, and only have Analyst, Marketing Coordinator, and Growth Operations Manager on your resume, this isn't for you.

The Lead UX Designer role requires 4 years of experience designing web applications and 1 year of experience as a Founding Designer at a SaaS company. This is a hands-on role and not a good fit for anyone who wants to immediately grow, build, and mentor a team.

Happy to review resumes and answer questions!

🚨A note for people interested in working remote, transitioning into tech, and making a career change

Each year, as summer approaches, I notice a larger influx of people looking to make a change in their professional careers.

If you're still looking for a job, feeling a career change, or looking for remote work, I highly encourage you to consider recruiting. I say this because my DMs, messages, and emails are flooded with people looking for a change.

Recruiting is the easiest money I've ever made.

As an entry-level recruiter, I made over six figures my first year, worked remotely, and made a ton of incredible industry connections along the way.

I am not the smartest person. (Most of you know this because we're friends or we follow each other on social media.) 🙂

I failed out of community college and I don't come from a wealthy family.

When I accepted my first job at a tech startup, I was convinced I'd just save up more money to go back to college or a coding boot camp to become a software engineer. I was making $35,000 and living in NYC (with roommates in a small apartment obviously lol.)

The crazy thing is, because of my skill set as a recruiter and my ability to hire incredible people, I was able to make more money than many software engineers that I know, speak to, and hire.

Life isn't all about money, but most people don't go to college to feel like they're underpaid, undervalued, and barely getting by.

So if you see this and you know you're ready to make a change in your career, feel free to reach out.

I'd love to get a group of 10 people together who are interested in becoming recruiters. I'll show you everything that's helping me hire incredible people.

If you’re interested in transitioning into a career as a recruiter, please reply back to this email.

If you’re looking for another job, please reply back and I’ll let you know if I’m hiring for a role that’s a good fit for your skills and career path.

Go get that bag,

Destiny
