Hey friend!
If you're still looking for a job, feeling a career change, or looking for remote work, I highly encourage you to consider recruiting. I say this because my DMs, messages, and emails are flooded with people looking for a change.
Recruiting is the easiest money I've ever made.
As an entry-level recruiter, I made over six figures my first year, worked remotely, and made a ton of incredible industry connections along the way.
I am not the smartest person. (Most of you know this because we're friends or we follow each other on social media.) 🙂
I failed out of community college and I don't come from a wealthy family.
When I accepted my first job at a tech startup, I was convinced I'd just save up more money to go back to college or a coding boot camp to become a software engineer. I was making $35,000 and living in NYC (with roommates in a small apartment obviously lol.)
The crazy thing is, because of my skill set as a recruiter and my ability to hire incredible people, I was able to make more money than many software engineers that I know, speak to, and hire.
Life isn't all about money, but most people don't go to college to feel like they're underpaid, undervalued, and barely getting by.
So if you see this and you know you're ready to make a change in your career, feel free to reach out.
I'd love to get a group of 10 people together who are interested in becoming recruiters. I'll show you everything that's helping me hire incredible people.
If you’re interested in transitioning into a career as a recruiter, please reply back to this email.
If you’re looking for another job, please reply back and I’ll let you know if I’m hiring for a role that’s a good fit for your skills and career path.
Go get that bag,
Destiny
