Well, it's heading into that time of year again. Here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, we've had our first snow! And temps everywhere will be dipping soon if they haven't already.

SO... it's time to talk about winter shipping.

Being located in the North, we do a LOT to help your little buggies get to you alive.

And, here are 2 things YOU can do to help US help YOU:

• Choose Hold For Pickup when you order. This will keep your bugs out of cold postal trucks where they can freeze and die before they reach you. It also activates our Live Delivery Guarantee so if they do die (or get lost) in transit, we will replace them free of charge.

• Send us an email with your order if you live in a very cold area or have concerns about shipping live insects to your location. We may use extra heat packs at our discretion and/or time your shipment to take advantage of warmer days.

When the weather gets nasty, these two things can make a big difference in getting your roaches to you alive!
