As we approach the busy, hectic holiday season we want to remind customers of the following: - Damaged packaging is the responsibility of the postal system. Please contact them directly. - Live Guarantee of the Dubias is only activated when orders indicate “hold for pickup” and the post office will contact you for pickup. - If for any reason there are DOA (dead on arrival) Dubias, and "Hold for Pickup" was selected, we must receive photos of the insects within 24 hours to issue a refund. - If there are DOA Dubias and "Hold for Pickup" was not selected, then "Live Guarantee" is not activated and refunds are not issued. - Some orders with higher count Dubias will have the insects loose in the box for their well-being.
