Hi Friends and Community,

      Our summer is coming to a close and we are enjoying our last outdoor works of the season. Thanks to all who participated in our work last weekend singing the full selection of Pad. Alex's 'Nova Anuniciação'. It was truly beautiful and transformative. Viva Céu da Montanha! Viva união!

     On September 16th we will celebrate the end of the summer along with Alexandra's 50th birthday as well as other September birthdays of the members of our current, including Michael, Rhiannon, Bruce, and Paul! Also we will connect with Maria Brilhante, whose birthday is on the 12th.

    Additionally, we have some special friends joining us for the celebration including our friends Jonathan and Jane as well as our sister, Ana Paschoa from Brasil.

      For this work we will sit in formation outside. Please come prepared for the weather. 

When: Saturday, September 16th. We will begin setting up at 10:30 so we can start on time at 12:00 pm (The sun is going down sooner, so starting on time ensures it does not get dark before we close the work!)

What to wear: Blue farda, white/light clothes for guests

What we will sing: 'Instrução'- Lucio Mortimer, 'Belas Flores'- Alexandra,  and Maria Brilhante- #214 (219) A Chave, and some birthday hymns of the current.

We will likely sing some hymns from our visiting guests as well,... stay tuned,

Parking: PLEASE READ We have about 15 parking places. Please carpool to make it easy for everyone. If we run out of spots, we will need to shuttle some cars to Fred Meyer,... so much easier to carpool!

Re: Flu, COVID, and other communicable diseases)

Please come next time if you actively sick with any flu or cold symptoms or have had a known exposure to COVID in the last week .

Please remember that we have multiple beloved elders and people with vulnerable health as part of our circle. It is a kindness  to remember these people in your self evaluation.

PS. Maria Alice and her daughter, Júlia coming to be with our church in October. We will have two day works on Friday, October 20th and Sunday, October 22nd. Stay tuned!
