Dear Ones,
For the last few years, as we have traveled to many places bringing the work of Self-Transformation to many people, we have had an ongoing and deepening prayer. The prayer is based on our observation, in ourselves, among those of us who have the blessing of working together over time and in the ones coming to make use of the space, that we are being taken progressively deeper—sometimes gradually and sometimes in leaps—by the Daime and the forces and beings that come in our works. Therefore, our prayer has become to be guided to the forms and the works that will open the way for the Daime to take us to even deeper levels; of ourselves, of each of our relationship with the Divine forces, to a more profound experience of unity in community, and to the knowledge of the universe.
At the same time as our program of Self-Transformation Works has been evolving, the work of Healing Through Light of the Essential Light Institute is also deepening. These are parallel works, in that the vibration of healing and awakening that comes to each space is the same. The work of ELI is to teach the Divine tactics of navigating and making full use of the infusion of spiritual power and Light and becoming consciously choosing instruments of healing. The Daime is the intense laboratory where we are forged into those instruments.
And of course, when we are ready, the answer to the prayer is obvious.
November 11-17, 2018 we will be hosting a new kind of Daime retreat. It will be held in Ashland, Oregon at the House of White Eagle. It will combine the work of Daime Self-Transformation with the space of learning, processing, discernment, mediumistic training and energetic healing of the work of Essential Light. And in addition, we will be offering the healing work of the Kambo and massage during the retreat.
The present plan for the schedule of the retreat, which will be, as always, subject to Divine adjustment, is, as of now (how many caveats can fit in one sentence?) the following:
Day 1: Arrival, opening prayers, orientation, energetic clearing, discussion.
Day 2: Daime Self-Transformation Work
Day 3: Processing the work and deepening our experience. We will use breathing work, meditation, discussion and teachings about mediumship, spirituality and healing. Kambo and massage will be available as options on this day.
Day 4: Daime Self-Transformation Work
Day 5: Like day 3, but possibly based on new instructions depending on developments in the group, the intuitions of the crew, and insights beyond the human.
Day 6: Daime Self-Transformation Work
Day 7: Final sharing and processing, closing prayers and assigning of homework, closing the retreat.
The retreat will be limited to a maximum of 24 participants.
The crew for the retreat will include, but not be necessarily limited to; Jane, Jonathan, Sebastião Carlos, Clarice Martins, Ana Paschoa, and Zara.
The cost of the retreat: $1400. Housing during the retreat will be an additional cost. Details regarding housing will be forthcoming.
