How to Send Your Donation
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
An apology for the lack of donation details in the last Fund drive email. Here's the details on how to donate to the Queenie fund:
You can make contributions in two ways: Through Paypal at CHLQcomm@gmail.com By check mailed to CHLQ (POB 911, Ashland, OR 97520).
Donations made through CHLQ are tax deductible. If you also send us your name and mailing address, you will receive a letter from the church noting your donation for your tax return.
Please note “MAF – Q” on the donation so that we know who it is intended for. Also, we need your name and mailing address at the time of donation so that we can send you the letter.

We know many of you have already contributed as much as you are able, and for this we are deeply grateful.
If there are those of you who feel that you could contribute again, please know that it would make a huge difference in helping Queenie get her life back. Funds are needed to be able to pay for transportation and assisted living over the next 3 months during Queenie's second hip surgery. (Assisted living is $3,400 per month, plus $150-$200 for transportation to each doctor appointment.)
