If you consider yourself to be a CHLQ member - even if you don't tithe or plan to tithe - please fill out the tithing pledge form at the link below to reaffirm membership status.

If you are not a tithing member, simply choose the drop-down option 'I choose not to tithe'.

If you are a tithing member, you will find a new Tithing Pledge Form option that does not require sending anything by physical mail, or scanning to send via email. Very easy! We are hoping everyone will fill out new 2021 forms in this way even if you have filled out a form in prior years.
