Dear CHLQ Community,

I am turning 44 this Sunday, June 30, and would love to celebrate my birthday with members of the CHLQ community. I’ll be gathering with some friends at the Hillside Picnic Area in Lithia Park from 1 to around 3. All are welcome, including significant others, children, friends, etc. Offerings of healthy food to share are appreciated, but not necessary to come. Feel free to bring instruments, clothes and footwear suitable for wading, and anything else that might add to the fun. Hope to see you there!

Directions: 

The Hillside Picnic Area is up above the upper duck pond and the Parks Office. Heading up Granite Street and passing Lantern Hill Road on your right, there are three parking lots you’ll see on the left side of the road. The second one is the closest to the picnic area, but any of the three are close enough. The picnic area is right across the bridge from the second parking lot.
