About These Listings by Owners
For decades, The Beverage People has maintained a binder with listings of grapes for sale in our local area, with many growers providing annual updated listings. During COVID, there was demand to make that listing digital---so, voila! It's the same listing as it ever was, but now it's online.
As for the new Wine Equipment Rentals by Owner listing, that is a new innovation. It is our response to the ending of our own rental program. One of the major impacts of COVID on our company was that we became a physically much smaller warehouse, giving up about 40% of our space. As a consequence, we no longer have the space for storage and operation of an equipment rental program. But most of our winemaking customers have equipment in good condition, and it is our hope that some of them will like to make a bit of side-money renting that equipment to our customers during harvest. If you are interested, please use our online template to make a free listing, and send us an email to request approval (a necessary anti-spam step).
