| | | Basics of Red Winemaking - Overview of Process and Equipment Saturday, July 13, 2024. 1:00 PM | | This is an opportunity to participate in our "Private Instruction" lessons with a small group at a fraction of the usual private rate. By joining in with a limited size group, the fee per lesson is only $15, and the content of the instruction remains the same. We have two more lessons planned before harvest including Red Winemaking this Saturday, and then White Winemaking on Saturday, July 27. After harvest, we will continue with a couple more popular winemaking lessons in November and December on Malolactic Fermentation, and then Wine Flaws. Please join us! | | |
