Our new lineup of 10 Gallon All-Grain Recipe Kits are nick-named the "Choose Your Own Adventure" Editions because we leave out the aromatic hops so that you can finish the beer with any aromatic profile of your choosing. These kits are economical, easy and flexible, allowing you to produce a custom hop profile on top of a reliable base recipe.
Our first 10 Gallon recipe releases are our two most popular kits --- Drought Breaker American IPA and Henhouse's Stoked! Juicy Pale Ale. These "Choose Your Own Adventure" recipes do not contain aromatic hops for late kettle edition or dry hopping, but everything else is included. You should choose aromatic hops and purchase them separately to complete the aromatic profile of the base kit. Recommendations are given for the amount of aromatic hops to complete each beer and instructions are included, as always, in our recipe kits.
