As part of our Hop Freshness Program, this email is intended to alert you when the new crop of each type of hop arrives at our warehouse. Today, we are announcing the recent arrival of the 2022 Centennial pellets hop crop!

About Centennial

Centennial has the aromas of flowers and citrus, especially grapefruit. This is one of the American classic three C's, along with Cascade and Columbus (CTZ). Centennial is often known as super Cascade. It can be found in some of the most famous beers in the country such as Pliny the Elder and Bell's Two Hearted Ale.

NEW! Juice A38 Yeast from Imperial

Juicy. Fruity. Juice is the go-to strain for hazy, juicy New England style IPAs.


Wyeast fans will recognize this yeast strain as similar/same as #1318 London Ale III, a perennial favorite for hazy IPAs.


The ester profile of Juice brings out the aromas and flavors of the new school hops and creates a beer that is greater than the sum of its parts. Resulting in a beer that is at once round in mouthfeel but retains a nice sharp citrus edge.
