Saaz is the original pilsner hop made famous by its use in the first ever pilsner, Pilsner Urquell. It possesses the aromatic blend of earth and spice notable in European noble hops. It has a low bittering value but prized aromatics.

Styrian Golding is a aroma hop with a spicy/floral aroma with a sweet hint of earth. It works great as a late kettle and/or dry hop addition for UK and Belgian ales.
