This week we learned the bad news but we expected it.
Gun control groups that support Bill Lee's gun control proposals are starting a massive, statewide
advertising campaign.
For example, Voices for a Safer TN put down $33,000 to fund radio and television ads in Knoxville and Chattanooga, and we know
that billionaire Michael Bloomberg, Moms Demand Action, and Everytown USA are
waiting in the wings – ready to spend big. All this money to support a gun control agenda being advanced by a Republican Governor and his Democrat supporters?
We can’t lose this fight at the State Capitol. We must
defeat Governor Bill Lee’s Red Flag Law and other, as yet undisclosed, gun control proposals!
Earlier this month, we officially launched our #
RedFlagDown
campaign with radio and digital ads, and the response has been overwhelming.
But to build on our momentum – and drown out the big dollars
that the gun grabbers are spending – we need to raise more resources
immediately.
With an additional $50,000, we can expand the Red Flag Down campaign to educate and empower
more Tennessee voters. We can influence more legislators. We can stop the
radical left and Bill Lee’s gun control agenda in Nashville.
