One Hundred Percent - 100% - of the net proceeds stay in Tennessee to fight in Tennessee in the legislature and in the state and federal courts. Last year alone we netted over $40,000 at the event and we can do more this year with your help! And, despite what a few legislators might say (you may know who they are), none of the money is going to pay salaries or compensation to board members, executive directors, or chapter volunteers. This is true grassroots - and aggressive grassroots in Tennessee!
We are excited that our speakers this year include Erich Pratt, Senior Vice President of Gun Owners of America, as the primary speaker and that Congressman Mark Green also will be speaking to us this year. We expect others to speak briefly at the event as well.
The TFALAC’s 2022 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the Farm Bureau Expo Center in Wilson County, Tennessee.
Individual tickets are $60 per person. Table Groups of 6 are $350 per group.
Doors will open around 9am. Lunch will be served around 11am followed by our guest speakers and the auctions. See the TFALAC event website page (above) to get more details on our sponsors, vendors, and some of the fine opportunities that exist in the auctions.
We know many of you work on Saturdays, have kids sports, are hunting or just can't be there for one reason or another. But you can still chip in. You can still donate to the event - the price of a ticket ($60) or even the price of what you would spend on fuel for the round trip ticket (which thanks to Biden and Tennessee's excessive fuel taxes could be $150 to $200 depending on what you drive!)
