The Tennessee Firearms Foundation, Inc. exists to help inform people regarding the truth concerning the state of Tennessee's "unconstitutional" gun laws and to bring public interest lawsuits in local, state and federal cases to challenge those laws. You can help that mission succeed! Frankly, Tennessee Firearms Association's Board realized that it was forced to expand substantially the efforts to restore the Second Amendment in Tennessee because Tennessee simply does not have enough federal or state legislators who take their oaths or the Second Amendment as seriously as the United States Supreme Court has in the last 3 years. Indeed, even though Tennessee has had a Republican super majority in the Legislature for 16 years, the Legislature has completely failed to remove unconstitutional laws and infringements from Tennessee. We realized that if those who are sworn to protect our rights, like the Governor and our Legislators, refuse to do so that perhaps the courts can and will.
In conjunction with John Rich, who was significant to our efforts to defeat Bill Lee's "Red Flag" special session in 2023, the Tennessee Firearms Foundation has scheduled a charity fundraiser for Thursday, April 24, 2025 to be held as a private event at John Rich's home. The event is limited to 150 guests.
You can help by purchasing a ticket to the event, being a sponsor of the event and even making a tax deductible contribution to the Foundation whether you can attend or not!
Sponsorships are available and the most common levels so far are $5,000, $10,000, $20,000 and $50,000 but larger sponsorships are welcome!
