I am reaching out to you today to ask you to join or renew your membership and support of the Tennessee Firearms Association. We are already in the beginning of the Legislative session for 2021. There is much to be done.

First - the issue of constitutional carry. There are at least 2 bills already filed on this issue and we expect a few more are being drafted. Some are good and Tennessee would be proud to have them as our law on this issue. But there are some that are not constitutionally sound. We need everyone on board to make this work and get constitutional carry this year.

Second - we have a clear and present danger to our rights, our constitution and likely our Republic with the Biden-Harris administration and complete progressive loony control of Congress. It is a crisis. We are expecting several bills in Tennessee this year that would prohibit using state or local funds and resources to enforce federal laws, regulations and executive orders that impact our rights related to the 2nd Amendment. These laws will not stop tyrants in Washington but it will stop local "blue" local governments in Tennessee from helping Washington destroy our rights.

Already, we have identified more than 40 bills that are filed for 2021. Several of them are bad. Most of the bad ones are filed by Democrats like the proposed Red Flag law, but not all.

Your prior and continued support and donations to the Tennessee Firearms Association have been one of the things that has allowed TFA to develop the capacity and expertise to increasingly represent our interests in state and federal litigation that might someday do what the Legislature has refused to do -- remove the infringements that the 2n Amendment prohibits.

It is time to renew your membership in the Tennessee Firearms Association. For your convenience you can go to the membership renewal page and pay with a credit card or an e-check now! Please make it a continuing automatic renewal. (Note: Some of you set up for automatic annual renewals and if so that payment will auto-process on the date you previously estabished). If your expiration date is prior to the date of this email, you likely do not have automatic renewals enabled on your last payment.

Please, even if you have already renewed, consider a supplemental member donation by chipping in the cost of a box of your favorite ammo each month to help the fight for the protection of our rights! After all, thanks to Biden-Harris and the progressive left, you probably are not going to be able to buy a lot of ammo this year anyhow.
