TWO RESOLUTIONS FILED TO AMEND STATE CONSTITUTION - one to allow the legislature (rather than the people) select the Attorney General and the second to reword the state's constitution relative to the right to keep, bear and wear arms.
Attached is a PDF of bills that have either been filed or which have had legislative "action" between February 2 and February 16, 2018.
Although most of the bills are now filed this does NOT mean that the bills contain the language that may be presented. It is common for bills to be filed with one caption (description) or bill language and then to have the entire purpose the bill rewritten or changed. That has happened with at least one bill on the attached list.
Key bills to watch are the ones addressing full or modified permitless carry as well as the ones which impact the capacity of local governments to ban firearms on taxpayer funded properties.
