2019 Annual Event – Saturday October 5, 2019

Some of you already have your sponsorships, tables, vendor booths and/or tickets. This is a thank you to those of you who are already committed to the event. We are off to a great start and have already grossed more than half of what we raised last year!
If you don't have your sponsorships, vendor booths, tables or tickets, there is still time - but the event is only a little over two weeks out. We have to place the meal order in about 10 days so I need as many of you who are planning to come but have not made those arrangements to do so TODAY!

9:30am to approximately 2:00pm (doors open at 9:30am) We are doing a mid-day event so that you can travel without the need of overnight facilities. Activities will start at 10:00 a.m, the meal will be around 11:00 and all activities (speakers, auction, etc.) should be over by around 2:00 p.m. The location will be at the Smiley Hollow Farm just slightly north of Nashville. Directions are available or you can just GPS the location at 5937 Smiley Hollow Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072-7162. Its a casual affair so feel free to wear your jeans and boots or whatever is your preferred “causal day” but presentable attire. Live and silent auction items. We expect to have 20-30 firearms in the live auction! One of the special offerings we hope to have this year is a Lyman Sharps Model 1878 in .45-70 that we expect to be donated by Hickok45. That gun retails for $2395 but there is only ONE that was ever used for the Hickok45 reviews.
Another item which we hope to have is a five day African Safari big game hunt. We are still working on that auction item but the opportunity looks promising. This one is valued at $4500.
But we also have a 4 day-3 night Florida Vacation Home rental, a Pigeon Forge 3day-2night and tables full of other items for the auctions!
Why is it important to support the annual event? The proceeds from the annual event go directly to the Tennessee Firearms Association Legislative Action Committee which is the TFA's registered political action committee. This entity, the TFALAC, is the one that plays an active role in election year campaigns by making direct contributions to candidates and which works to find challengers to legislators who have worked against your 2nd Amendment protected rights in Tennessee. We need your help to grow the attendance, bring in sponsors and vendors and to raise the funds necessary to fight the Establishment that has refused to even allow a full floor vote on Constitutional Carry in Tennessee. So, even if you cannot attend the event please consider making a donation to the TFALAC's efforts.
Tickets are $50 per person. Groups of 8 are $400 per group.

Hickok45 (www.youtube.com/user/hickok45) has joined TFALAC as a sponsor in 2019 and is expected to make a special guest appearance at the event. In addition, we are anticipating that he will be donating one of the firearms that is highly in his massive video library – a Lyman Sharps 1878 that has a retail value of $2,395 but is likely worth much more with its unique pedigree!
US Law Shield. US Law Shield was a new sponsor for TFALAC in 2018 and has renewed its commitment in 2019. It offers legal defense and educational training for gun owners. Also, TFA members can get a discount on its coverage package!
Cyndi and Tracy Miller – Mr. and Mrs. Miller have been consistently strong supporters of TFALAC and we welcome their continued support!
Dr. Steven Hernandez and Lifetime Dentistry (www.lifetimedentistry.biz) is a Nashville area dentist who is also a veteran who served 4 years in the US Army with the 82nd Airborne Division.

One Ton LLC, real estate company based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is a first time sponsor of the event. It has donated a 3 day 2 night stay in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for the auction.

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES
If you are interested in sponsorships, there are several tiers of sponsorship. All sponsors will receive promotional material inclusion and recognition on event advertising and during the event.
Tier 1 Sponsor (1 Available)
$10,000 would include extra large printed banner to be positioned with the TFA logo behind the speaker podium. Would also have a display table if desired and a complimentary 10 tickets to the event. In addition, this package includes a complimentary, special ordered TFA leather bomber jacket with concealment pockets.
Tier 2 Sponsor (5 Available)
$5,000 would include large printed banner to be positioned on the stage. Would also have a display table if desired and a complimentary 8 tickets to the event.
Tier 3 Sponsor (9 Available)
$2500 would include printed banner to be positioned near the stage. Would also have a display table if desired and a complimentary 6 tickets to the event.
Tier 4 Sponsor (15 Available)
$1000 would include inclusion on a printed banner at the event. Would also have a display table if desired and a complimentary 4 tickets to the event.
Tier 5 Sponsor (18 Available)
$500 would include inclusion on a printed banner at the event and a complimentary 2 tickets to the event.Vendors
$350 and allows the vendor to set up a single table and promote / sell their merchandise. Will include 2 admission tickets to the event. Those desiring to participate as a gun show participant would require this level of participation as a minimum.
