administration.

to carry and have a firearm, loaded firearm, or firearm ammunition in a motor
vehicle, recreational vehicle, or motorized boat, if the person is not
prohibited from possessing or receiving a firearm, and is in lawful
possession of the motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or motorized boat.
Excludes from the exception, a motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or motorized
boat that is owned or leased by a governmental or private entity that has
adopted a written policy prohibiting firearms or ammunition not required for
employment within the motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or motorized boat.

LAW: Civil and criminal immunity - use of force in self-defense. Establishes
criminal and civil immunity for a person who uses or threatens force in
self-defense, defense of another, or defense from a person committing
criminal offense. However, excludes immunity if a person is a law enforcement
officer during discharge of the officer's duties and the person knows the
person against whom force is used is a law enforcement officer.
