We have been sending you the Saturday Report for quite a while without billing you. Our mailing house says that you are “highly engaged” which must mean that you often read the report. The Terry’s Tips billing system is having some issues, and we are not sure whether you cancelled your service and we just kept sending it or you didn’t cancel and we just forgot to bill you.
