Hope all is well and that you had a 
fabulous weekend!

Today, I want to teach you the 4 elements 
of a good blog post.

Why?

Because if YOU'RE GOING TO DOMINATE
in this industry, you need a blog and your blog
posts determine how good your blog is!

And you need a good one!!

Maybe you have one already...

Maybe you've been thinking about starting one...

Or maybe you've started one and don't quite
know in which direction to go...

So here it is...

BTW...I learned this from Ray Higdon, one
of my mentors!

The first element is your header...

It tells who you are and what you do. 

So, make sure you have these three pieces to
your header...your picture, your name and
your tagline. (that's a short statement that tells
the world what you do)

Next, you want to have a good giveaway...

This is a free offer that addresses one of the
needs of your target audience.

It could be a free video training, an ebook, a
report...

Anything that will help solve a problem!

Next, you want to always link your post with
another post you did previously...

You'll want to keep them on your blog as long
as possible!

Finally, use a P.S. line...

A P.S. line is powerful because it further
emphasizes what your post was about...

Or, it can create a sense of urgency so they 
will take action...

Or, it  can be generating more value to
your audience.

Please note...there is no set frequency as
to how many times you should write blog
posts...

However, whatever you determine for
yourself, be consistent!

One last note...If you want to sell anything
on your blog, remember this rule:
...generate a lead, 
...connect with the lead,
...determine the need!
