Well, for starters, you want to get leads, right?

In order to do that, you have to capture
contact information...

But no one will just give you their contact
information...

Not unless you give them something in return...

And that's where the lead magnet comes in!

A lead magnet is a piece of content that your 
target audience would love to have...

So it has to be irresistable!

Yes, something that will solve a problem someone 
is having...

It has to be short and able to be consumed in
about 5 minutes.

If someone stumbles upon your lead magnet and
it's what they're looking for...

They'll optin to get it.

And, that's the beginnings of your list.
