Today, I had a meltdown...

Yep, it's true!

I'm always on point, creating and sharing my
content, extending my network, making videos, 
being an inspiration to others...

But...

Today...

I had a meltdown! 

And it wasn't pretty!!!

Why am I telling you this?

Well, I'll tell you in a minute but first...

MY meltdown...

even though I know better, are also impacting me...

I was so full of anxiety this morning that I let it all out...

I cried, I prayed, I got back into bed under my covers...

I was a mess!

I'm okay now but I know that there are others out
there who are going through similar experiences...
