It's important, almost critical, to relate to your 
potential customers the benefits of your 
product/service. 


People are looking for security, self-preservation, 
convenience, less stress, self-improvement and 
recognition. 

Think about how your product/service delivers 
on any of these and highlight those instead. 

This will better attract customers who will come 
back again and again.
