Today, I'd like to share some information
that is critical for network marketers to 
know if they want to be successful in 
their business. 

As a network marketer, you have an up
line and that up line's role is to help you
succeed.

It doesn't mean he/she does your work.

It means he/she guides you in the direction 
you need to go to get the work done. 

Too many network marketers don't allow this 
to happen.

They want to "do their own thing" and that's 
a big problem.

So, here's my share for today.

Are you coachable in your network
marketing business?

If you want to truly transform your life,
make improvements to yourself and change
your current situation, you have to be
coachable.

Being coachable is one of the best ways to
be successful in your network marketing
business…

You have to listen to your mentor, up line or
anyone who is given the task of "training"
you in the company’s business model.

One of the reasons why many fail is that they
don't listen.

They want to do things their way…

They think their way is a better way…

They think they have an easier way or even
a short cut...

And if they are not willing to listen, they are
doomed to fail.

People who are not coachable…

…always think they're right…

…are unwilling to learn new things…

…are not willing to change…

…have a pessimistic attitude…

…can’t constructive criticism…

…can’t reflect upon their actions…

…continually puts others down…

Here are 6 ways to be coachable:
Be willing to change. Accept the fact that you
are not perfect and accept the responsibility of
improving your life

Be willing to learn. You have entered unknown
territory in your network marketing business
and there will be a lot you don't know.

Be willing to listen to constructive
criticism.
You have to be able to hear what the coach or up
line is saying without getting defensive
or getting your feelings hurt.

Be honest. In order for you to change,
you have to be up front about what's holding
you back, standing in your way or preventing
you from moving forward.

Be excited about new ideas. Listen to what
others say and learn from them.

Be aware of yourself. Know who you are,
reflect on it and how it impacts others on your team.

Be a good student and listen, do, reflect, repeat…

As long as you keep your personal feelings out of it,
you will be successful.
