A lot has happened in our society since my last newsletter. Trying to keep up with everything is impossible. The world is in a challenging place. I’m so thankful for prayer and for the two women that consistently pray with me daily. Prayer works!
As we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, it’s a great reminder of what this life is all about. The struggle is between good and evil. For many years we (mankind) have lived in our comfort zone, and we lost our identity (not everyone). We have taken so many things for granted (not everyone). Now we live in a world where words change at a whim, based on ideology, erroneous thought, and indoctrination. Words matter. The Bible explains it this way:
Matthew 13: 35-37
“A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned”. |
