Can the Generations Actually Come Together?

Back in August, I participated in an event held twice a year and hosted by Pastor Belinda Thomas of Be Restored Worship Center in Lithia Springs, GA. known as The Exchange Leadership and Learning Forum. The theme of the conference was Connecting Across the Lines. I was part of the panel discussion. At the end of the conference, it was obvious that the meeting theme and the topics of discussion about Baby Boomers, Millennials, Gen X and Gen Y had touched a nerve and that there was a craving for more discussion.
I'm happy to announce that I will be returning to The Exchange Leadership and Learning Forum for Part two of Connecting Across the Lines! The speakers include: me, Dr. Teresita Glasgow, Dr. Juandolyn Stokes, Regina B. Murray, Dr. Melody Goodwin, Micah Speights, Broderick McBride and Host Pastor, Belinda Thomas.

| Three Ways to End the Year Strong!
Friend,
2017 has been an amazing year for me! As you know, I'm really big about goal setting, but I have to admit, I didn't see all of these blessing coming! They were unexpected and I'm grateful to God!
As we begin to countdown the days until the end of the year, it's not too late to plan for the things that have gotten pushed aside as well as to prepare for 2018! To end the year strong, we need to be purposeful about achieving any remaining goals.
To End the Year Strong we need to:
One: Review our remaining goals and prioritize them in order of importance and try to complete at least the top two before year end.
Two: Be sure to check our financial goals! Have we met our numbers? If not, brainstorm how we can put something in place to reach (or come close to) our financial goal by end of year.
Three: Plan to attend that one last event!! Conference, networking opportunity, or mastermind that will energize us to finish strong!!
