Important information about GetResponse API – you'll need to upgrade to API 3.0

Hi there, your API is changing.


You may or may not be aware, but your GetResponse account is currently using our outdated API (version 1.5)


⚠️ To ensure better performance and customer support, we'll need you to upgrade to our superior API 3.0 ⚠️

 

What do I need to do?


For marketers and non-techy people alike:
Depending on your technical knowledge, this is likely something you'll need to forward to your IT/Dev team - we'd recommend forwarding this email, or the below statement immediately.


For the techy people:

Check the version of API you've been using to make calls on your integrations. Switch your endpoints to API 3.0 before 01/10/2021. If you're not sure which version of API you're using, contact the team behind your integrated service for more information. If you need any help updating your API, you can refer to our API documentation here.


You can also contact us directly, or get in touch with the developers of the service you're integrating with GetResponse and ask for their assistance. They can also reach us directly - we'll be happy to help them update the integration.

 

What happens if I don't upgrade?


Integrations that are not on API 3.0 will stop working on 01/10/2021.

All requests to version 1.5, after this date, will return an HTTP 410 error message – which may disrupt your business if no action is taken.
