Today's post on teamwork and leadership is something I doubt most leaders do (and I would be surprised if any actually do), but should be doing regularly.
I recently started doing this and it just feels right and it feels good, and I wanted to share it with you :)
I remember a leader I really admired years ago who said there are days when in quiet reflection he would ask himself… “I wonder if I have really done any good?”
