Both our IBO and VIP Club Card websites are in the process of being updated. Corporate recognizes this undertaking will take 1-2 months to fully complete. Remind all your IBOs and especially customers that if the site is "glitchy" it's because we are loading new services. Be patient and try it again at a later time. I know this is challenging but once things are fully functional, we will have a head start on those who will be joining us in the years to come. Remember....we are in a Trillion dollar industry with a Card that is simple, fun, and lucrative. So continue to enroll IBOs, but set the proper expectation in the beginning that we are in the developmental phase of a promising young company. It's go TIME!
___________________________Booking AirfareI would be mindful to give cards to those you know and who can understand where we are in our developmental phase. Particularly when booking airfare which is our newest addition to the card. Some people are having ZERO issues but others are getting an error message. Therefore, I suggest waiting to book airfare until after the November convention or during phase 3 (in January) to prevent unnecessary issues (unless corporate gives us the okay sooner). If you've booked and have a concern...call corporate at 800 613 5583 or Travelers Help desk at 877 250 9512.
