Here's two things which are evident to me that are required to make this work:

 

1. Each Group needs to choose a liason person so we can have ongoing connection and reports on a weekly basis or as needed. 

 

2. The cross linking of different groups is very important to give a level of randomness and surprise which will greatly enhance the energies. It's easy for things to get routine and familiar and this become a duty bound ritual rather than a sacred communion. The new people showing up will keep everyone on their toes. Kind of like when guests are expected for diner, everyone's on their best behavior and the house gets cleaned up.. 

 

Anyone have a problem comment or suggestion to the above?  

 

I know there are some calls with only one person showing up occasionally.. Just letting you know that you're not really alone....
