First of all, thank you for the participation you've done in Team Shift. I recognize that the energy hasn't sustained very well and I have to take responsibility for a large part of that. My own energy constraints did not allow me to take the appropriate leadership role.

 

I know there needs to be a lot of hands on to make something like this work. I do thank Gina for her assistance, but there have been times in the past few months where she had been preoccupied with her own personal challenges and couldn't keep her finger on the button.

 

Our Sources would really like this project to work and I'd like to give it another go. I have 3 people who have volunteered to help coordinate Team Shift and I am planning a meeting for all those who have participated in the past,  this Tuesday night at 7pm. Whether you are still active or not, whether you would consider be active or not in the future, I hope you will show up and share your experience of what went right and what went wrong.

 

I will introduce our new coordination team on this call - Edna Asenbeck, Gina Brown, and Gary Brownlee.
