Welcome to Day 3. We are almost half way there. Are you pumped? I hope you have been following through so far, and I hope you have found this exercise beneficial. It takes hard work and guts to get the results you need, and this is the first step to get you to your desired end. Let’s get on to what we have for today. If you have been following through so far, today's activity would not be difficult.
Challenge for Today Pick your monthly Goals and write what you should do to get to your Goal.If you have already written your weekly Goals yesterday, then this should be a little easier. Always have this at the back of your mind that there is a chance that you can make errors or get confused. Achieving a Goal is like getting to a destination. You should know when you get there. Let’s say I wanted to buy pizza. If I just walked to the nearest restaurant and asked for pizza, there is a chance that I would not get pizza, but if I knew where a pizza restaurant is located and went there, chances are I would get pizza. In this case, measuring that I reached my goal of getting pizza is visiting a pizza restaurant.
Goals have a destination which is what you want to achieve, and there should be a clear sign to tell you that you have reached your Goal.
