Subject: Being Predictable In Unpredictable Situations...

Hello there Friend,

As an entrepreneur, we can never predict what will

happen from one week to the next. Perhaps clients

need a bit of extra time, or a product launch

experienced some hiccups and you need to invest more

time into fixing issue and getting things back on

track.

While we can never anticipate what will happen in

our business, one thing we can do is try to be

predictable in those unpredictable situations.

What I mean by that is you need to learn to

prioritize your time and assign value to every

hour you spend on your business. Develop skills

that make it easy for you to identify where your

time should go and what you can outsource or

delegate to others. Staying away from time wasters and learning how

to effectively manage a team will help you cope

with any curveball thrown your way.

Know when to let things go and when you’ve done

enough to fulfill your obligations to clients or

customers.

All of these skills will make you a better

entrepreneur while ensuring you stay on track.

And then whenever a challenge comes your way, you’ll

know with certainty how to overcome it.

In tomorrow’s email, we talk about the importance

of delegation and how it will help you win back

some valuable time that can help your business

grow.

In the meantime, give this a look see.

Until then.

Yours In Success,

Michael Bell
