Omakase with a French twist?

If you're a foodie of Japanese food then you've probably heard of Gaku Robata Grill in Darlinghurst. A friendly Japanese grill house that uses French inspired elements to its menu, and makes a great duck ramen - is now transformed into a Omakase restaurant still holding true to its Japanese flavours with a French twist.

The two French trained Japanese chefs are creating a seasonal set menu at $280 per person.

Over 26 eateries are hosting tasting plates in front of their stores to create a food trail on the 29th and 30th October. The Great Graze will be held at The Streets of Barangaroo.

It sounds amazing and they already have details on what each place will be offering on the food trail, from $5 to $15 - you'll be grazing your way through Barangaroo all weekend. Click the link below for full details.
