It has been a tough few months here with COVID for my kids. How have yours been holding up? Three months with no friends, sports, or daily routine has them a little isolated. So when my daughter randomly asked to drive over 2 hours to a beach to feel the sand in her toes, we up and went. Not a second thought. And now she and I are going to try different beaches to see which one we love the best.

When walking I turned to see her write LOVE YOURSELF in the sand. As she is someone who has not been loving herself lately, this made my heart full. This is what the beach does for ones soul. If you are lucky enough to have an ocean near you... enjoy every moment. God gave us beaches for a reason.
