October has arrived!

Welcome to the season of 2nd summer and false fall,

a month dedicated to candy corn, squash sculptures and ghostly ghouls.

October is also the perfect time to get involved, and

SVCUE is back with four new things to explore this month!

4 Ways to Engage from SVCUE

GO 👟

All Aboard the SVCUE Express!🚂

Join SVCUE for a train ride to FallCUE! Skip the traffic and hop on the 4:05pm train from San Jose. Tickets are $40 each way. Bring snacks! We'll have games and SVCUE swag on board!

When: Friday, October 4th
Time: 4:05 PM
Where: San Jose Diridon Station (or hop on at Santa Clara or Fremont stations!)

Crafting Calm at KCI is Back!

Visit KCI for the free monthly Crafting Calm event, an opportunity for educators to relax & slow down. Crafting materials and instruction are provided at each session.

October will feature the meditative art of Zentangle. You'll create personalized pencil cases decorated with your own custom designs. Parking is free, and snacks are provided!

SVCUE is happy to continue our sponsorship for Crafting Calm. SVCUE board members will be present to connect and craft with you.
