We Did It!

I wanted to make sure that we were providing the customer service that I expect before I made this announcement, and we are ready!

We have hired a new employee and we have been able to keep the Canada branch of Sure Fit Designs open, while Kym is deployed in Latvia, serving Canada in the Military. There have been a few little snags as we were training Tracy, but we've got them all ironed out. Thank you to those who have experienced those glitches for your patience.

Providing great customer service channels to our Canadian members and eliminating those horrible COD charges when ordering from the US store has been a goal of mine since purchasing the company.
